I can’t stop looking at recipes! They’re everywhere. This souffle however may be just the dish for the day after the holiday. I love that you recommend mixing the ingredients by hand. That always brings me present to the food in a way that I never am when I use a utensil. Thank you.
I make a mean cranberry cream cheese dip that is a bit different than other dips- kind of fruity, kind of tangy. One of my favorite holday appetizer recipes comes from Miss Paula Deen, bacon wrapped breadsticksEveryone loves them in my family
Next year I’m trying that hot buttered rum.
I tried some recipes from this month’s Vegetarian Magazine; they were great – butternut squash/bartlett pear soup and carrot-cranberry-walnut salad. And my friend’s mom came over with her recipes. Pecan loaf is amazing. Yum.
Katrina, you’re welcome. The souffle is something I think you’ll enjoy very much! I will say that my husband likes the souffle better when the squash is mixed well with a mixer, but I like it both ways. And I totally agree – mixing by hand is wonderful!
Rob, ok you didn’t get me with the bacon wrapped breadsticks, but the cranberry dip sounds very interesting!
Stephanie, yum yum and yum! Hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving at home. And the hot buttered rum is great throughout December. :)
